Bronwyn is an HR professional working at UKAEA. They are an experienced Employee Resource Group Lead for Disability and supports research into disability and remote work through the Remote4All project.

Bronwyn is an HR professional currently working at UKAEA. They have a Masters in Human Resource Management and have a particular interest in enhancing inclusion through changes to culture and line management capabilities as well as streamlining processes, such as reasonable adjustments. They are an experienced Comms Officer for Employee Resource Groups for Disability and have planned successful engagement events with 2000 attendees. They also support and have contributed to research into disability and remote work through the Remote4All project. Bronwyn used they/them pronouns and received their autism diagnosis at age 25.

Devon is a specialist in neurodiversity awearness, issues, traiiing and learning. She is the Bristol City Neurodiversity Champion, a BDEC (Bristol Dissability Equality Commission) Comissioner; a Babbasa Equal Oppertunities Ambassador and the 2023 winner of the inaugural Istoria Group Micro Bussiness incubator Hub Competition. As someone with ADHD and dyslexia, Devon has a very unique perspective and is passionate about switching the narrative and helping the world transform labels into lives. Devon is the founder and Director of Self Agency, a consultancy founded with a vision of helping organisations build cultures where everyone belongs and where all differences are valued.

Deborah is a neuro-inclusion practitioner and academic, with 14 years of experience researching and working in the field. Her research has been published in several Routledge peer-reviewed journals, People Management magazine and the British Dyslexia Association handbook. Deborah has a PhD in dyslexia from the University of Kent. She brings her varied background to her role as Head of Consultancy & Research at neurobox, having worked as a disability advisor, strategy coach, study skills tutor, university lecturer and theatre practitioner. Deborah is committed to increasing access to the workplace, by identifying and removing barriers and building neuro-inclusive workspaces.

Elizabeth is neurobox Ambassador and has a BA Hons in (Combined Honours Degree (Human Resource Management/Sociology) Professional Graduation Certificate in Education (Lifelong learning post 16). Elizabeth was diagnosed with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Irlen Syndrome, in her adulthood at university. She was also diagnosed with Dyscalculia in 2019 and diagnosed with ADHD In Feb 2023. Elizabeth successfully ran a charitable organisation for 6 and half years company that was based in Wandsworth London ( April 2016- Oct 2022)
