We understand that circumstances may arise that could lead to the need for a refund of your seminar fee. We are committed to providing a fair refund policy that takes into account various factors, including the proximity to the event date. Please review the following refund policy guidelines:
Full Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where you are unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a full refund of any session fees. To request a full refund, please complete the refund request form.
Partial Refunds with Event Date Proximity: As the event date approaches, our ability to provide full refunds diminishes due to logistical and operational commitments. If you need to cancel your seminar sessions within 8 weeks but more than 4 weeks before the event, we will offer a partial refund of 50% of the session fee. This partial refund takes into consideration our preparation costs and commitments made on your behalf.
No Refunds Within 4 Weeks of Event: Within 4 weeks of the event date, we will not be able to offer refunds except in truly exceptional circumstances. By this point, our arrangements for the event will be finalised, and resources will have been allocated based on the number of registered attendees. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance that necessitates a refund within this timeframe, please complete refund request form.
Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please complete the refund request form. Provide your registration details, where requested, and a clear explanation of your situation. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Processing Time: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the circumstances of the refund request. We aim to process refunds promptly, but please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Dyslexia Show Ltd will contact you if additional processing days are required in relation to the proximity of the event.
